byBiehl is looking for Sales Manager for Sweden

byBiehl is looking for passionate and experienced sales manager for Sweden. The role will be to develop a good distribution among key retailers within jewelry and department stores in Sweden and to take care of and grow our existing retailers.

About byBiehl

byBiehl is a fast growing Danish jewelry brand.

byBiehl is sold via byBiehl.com, in our flagship stores (in Denmark and Norway) and in more than 300 jewelry stores in Europe; and we have plans to open more flagship stores in key markets. We currently have limited distribution in Sweden, but we plan to focus on building the Swedish market.

The byBiehl design is feminine, timeless and sophisticated. We have focus on quality and that our jewelry is “Made to last”.

We have a strong focus on sustainability and use 100% recycled silver and gold in our jewelry production.  

Job description

We are looking for an experienced sales manager preferable with experience from jewelry industry. The person we are looking for is good at sales, is self-motivated and like to visit customers. You should have a natural interest in jewelry, fashion and a good understanding of social media.

You are driven by targets and like to be part of a small company in rapid growth. You will get influence on the sales strategy for the Swedish market.

You main tasks:

  • Increase byBiehl’s distribution in Sweden by opening new retailers
  • Responsible for reaching our sales budgets
  • Increase sales to Swedish retailers by selling in new collections and making service visits and merchandising
  • Plan visits and report to the sales management
  • Host events at our retailers

 

Who are you?

  • You have min. 3 years of experience as sales representative – preferable from the jewelry, fashion or lifestyle industry
  • You are organized, ambitious and passionate about your job and you are motived by creating results
  • You are extrovert, smiling, energetic and loves to give our customers good service
  • You work independently and you are good at prioritizing and planning your time
  • You are a good ambassador for byBiehl, our style – quality, timeless and sophisticated design – and our value behind our designs and company
  • You have a flexible schedule, which allows you cover all of Sweden
  • You must be fluent in Swedish
